After many wonderful years, Croft Shoes is saying goodbye. As part of our closing down sale, please note that our returns and exchange policy has now changed.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or sale items.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected. If an item is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Orders received by midday will be dispatched the same day for next business day delivery where available. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following business day. Some postcode exclusions apply — please check with Australia Post for details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of $40.00. All international orders are sent via Australia Post Pack & Track.

Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase. Where applicable, items should be returned in their original packaging.

Items purchased from one of our stockists must be returned directly to the original place of purchase.
