    If the recipient is not available to accept delivery, an attempt of delivery notice will be left at the nominated address and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office location, from there it can be collected. We happily deliver to P.O. Boxes and parcel lockers.

    *Orders received by midday will be despatched same day for next day delivery. Otherwise, orders placed after midday will be despatched next day. Some postcode exclusions apply, check with Australia post for details.

    INTERNATIONAL Orders shipped to international destinations incur a $40 flat rate shipping charge. All international orders are sent via Australia Post Pack & Track. Standard delivery time is between 7-14 working days. Items in your order that are shipped outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. It is up to the recipient to investigate potential charges. Any applicable duties or fees are due on delivery and paid to the carrier. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS At Croft we pride our selves on our quality and customer service. If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from our online store, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. Please note that we do not provide refunds for sale items (including items purchased via a promotion), however we will happily exchange for another item or provide store credit. Please ensure that you return the shoes to us, in their original condition and packaging. We do not refund shipping costs for sale items or international orders.

    Goods must be returned to Croft Shoes within 14 days, unworn, in their original packaging, along with your receipt. We will accept email confirmation from Croft or your bank statement as receipt. Please note, that we do not refund any shipping costs for change of mind returns. We do not offer refunds for sale items, however we will happily exchange for another item or provide store credit. Note: when covering your return shipping costs on full price items, we only cover standard shipping costs. Insurance or other extras purchased are the responsibility of the customer.

    If you have purchased a pair of our shoes from one of our stockists, you will need to contact them directly.

    HOW TO RETURN YOUR GOODS
  • Step 1: Email us at info@croftshoes.com.au with the reason for your return. Tell us whether you’d like to exchange your goods for another size or style, or if you’d like a refund. If you believe your goods are faulty, please include images.
  • Step 2: Ship the goods back to 48 Budd Street, Collingwood, VIC 2066 Australia. Please include the original purchase invoice and your postage receipt (if purchased a full price item). Where applicable, we will refund standard return postage costs, but do not cover additional costs for express shipping or any other extras.
  • Step 3: We’ll be in touch to notify you of your refund or replacement good beings shipped to you. This notice will include a tracking number so you can check your parcels’ status online.   • To keep your kicks in good condition, give them a light spray with a waterproofing product before you wear them. This will protect the suede to maximise longevity. Then simply give them a top-up spray of waterproofer every 6-8 weeks, depending on how often you wear the shoes.
